SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 and $7.95 flat rate shipping in Canada. We offer $10.95 flat rate shipping and free over $150.00 in the US. We offer $16.95 flat rate shipping internationally and free over $200.00.
All of our items are shipped from Victoria B.C Canada Via Canada Post and are not tracked, a tracking option can be added on for a extra fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when standard shipping is used and not tracked and insured. We try to have your purchases shipped within 2-3 business days. Once items ship we have no control over their arrival date. International orders may be held at customs and may take a bit longer to arrive, please know this when placing a international order. We are not responsible for duty or customs fees en cured upon delivery. Shipping times vary depending on location. It could take 2 weeks for standard shipping to Canada and U.S and 4 weeks for all international orders to arrive.
REFUNDS
We offer exchanges/in store credit only on our organic leggings. (We do recommend that you purchase a size up and roll the cuff if they are to big for a longer more wear- able life) In store credit or exchanges are for regular priced merchandise only that is unwashed, unworn, unaltered and have the original tags attached within 10 days of receipt.
